RETURN POLICY

 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right don’t.

We highly recommend that you must review your order carefully before placing it. We can assure that all items supplied must be as described and fit for their general or specific purpose. If in any way you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can request a replacement or refund in 14 days after the products arrived at your place.

 

SOGA will accept a repair, return or refund requests if:

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose
  • The product does not match the sample or our description
  • The product is damaged (investigation as to why it was damaged will be done first)

 

Change of mind returns:

  • You have 14 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
  • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging, and accessories are included.

 

Purchases made by mistake:

  • Item/s can be returned for a refund or a replacement within 14 days. Products MUST be in the original package and unused condition, otherwise, the refund can’t be processed.
  • The refund will be given minus the original postage, handling fee, and 5% administration fee. The return postage will require you to return the item at your own expense.

 

Product not as described:

  • We guarantee that all items supplied must be as described and fit for their general or specific purpose.
  • If the criteria cannot be met, your purchase will be replaced or refunded in 14 days after the products arrived at your place. Products must be in the original package and unused condition, otherwise, the refund can’t be processed.

 

 

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item (based on the box/packaging) DO NOT OPEN IT. We reserve the right not to offer or reject a replacement or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
