SOGA Distributorship

In our business, we are always looking for ways to grow. Often, bringing on a new line that fits our current business model is an easy way to start as we already have a broad customer base. Wholesale distributors thus act as a conduit to move products of all kinds from the manufacturer to the market. To accomplish this purpose, distributors take physical possession of the products.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DISTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITY
Diligently use best efforts to market and offer the products and distribute to customers. The Distributor is liable for any failure to provide complete and accurate information when ordering products. The minimum order quantity is 10 per SKU or a minimum
of $1000. It might vary for different types of products.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SOGA hereby grants to Distributor a non-exclusive right to market, offer and sell the services and distribute the products. A distributor is an independent selling agent who has permission to sell our products as specified in the contract but is not entitled to use the SOGA trade name as part of its business.

3. DELIVERY
Delivery periods and dates shall be as specified in order acknowledgment. All delivery periods and dates are non-binding estimates unless expressly referred to as binding in the order acknowledgment.

4. PAYMENT
All prices on this website are GST inclusive with free shipping - all are stated and payable in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is expected 3 -7 business days after order confirmation.

5. CLAIMS
The rights of the Distributor regarding defects shall be subject to the Distributor examining the delivered products upon receiving and notifying SOGA of any defects no later than three days after receipt of the products. Hidden defects shall be notified to us in writing with photo reference after discovery.
